Most sessions last around 60 minutes.

Yes. All sessions include opportunities to ask questions and engage directly with presenters. You'll also be able to send further questions to the suppliers after the session.
We only invite you to sessions that align with the role, interests and priorities you selected during registration. We also include information about the suppliers in the session invite emails so you see exactly who they are, what they offer and decide if it's of interest to you.
Attendance varies by session format. Reach Sessions typically include 10-15 school decision makers, while Focus Sessions include a smaller group of around 8-12 attendees.
Yes. We carefully match attendees based on job role, responsibilities and interests to ensure discussions are relevant and valuable.
There is always a short introduction at the start of each session that allows time for all attendees to join. However, if you arrive after supplier presentations have begun, we will be unable to admit you to the session to avoid disruption.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you can no longer attend so we can offer your place to another school leader or teacher.
Repeated non-attendance without prior notice may result in removal from the Route2 Education network, as we strive to continuously deliver high-quality sessions for both attendees and suppliers.
Some sessions may include a participation incentive as a thank you for attending and providing feedback. Details will always be included in the session invitation.
Our sessions are designed to help schools discover relevant solutions and share valuable feedback with education suppliers. Where offered, participation incentives recognise the time attendees invest in joining the session and contributing their insights.
Where an incentive is offered, you'll need to attend the full session and complete the post-session feedback form.
Incentives are usually issued within 3 working days of the session once attendance and feedback have been verified.

Rather than relying solely on clicks and impressions, you'll engage directly with the people who influence and make purchasing decisions within schools.
Reach Sessions are fast-paced themed sessions featuring 3 education suppliers and are designed for awareness and lead generation.
Reach Sessions are typically attended by 10-15 school decision makers.
Reach Sessions last approximately 60 minutes and include presentations from 3 education suppliers, audience questions and feedback opportunities.
Reach Sessions are designed to provide decision makers with a range of relevant solutions within a single themed session. This creates a valuable, time-efficient experience for them while allowing suppliers to access a larger audience in a cost-effective way.
No. We do not place direct competitors within the same Reach Session. While suppliers may operate in related areas, we carefully review all participants to ensure a balanced and valuable experience.
Each supplier gets a dedicated 15-minute presentation slot, including time for audience questions and interaction.
Yes. You'll be able to select the session theme that best aligns with your solution, objectives and target audience. Take a look at our upcoming programme of Reach Sessions.
Presentation order is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Our experience shows that suppliers can achieve strong engagement and results regardless of whether they present first, second or third.
Yes. We ask all suppliers to attend the full session regardless of what presentation order they are in. This allows you to hear audience questions, understand the wider discussion and maximise networking and engagement opportunities.
Please stay to observe the other presentations and take part in relevant discussions. Many suppliers find this valuable for understanding school priorities, market trends and alternative approaches within the sector.
Focus Sessions are exclusive events with one education supplier and a dedicated audience, providing more time for discussion, relationship building and highly qualified opportunities.
Yes. Focus Sessions feature a single supplier and a dedicated audience of carefully matched school decision makers.

We use the UK's largest education databases to recruit school leaders and decision makers into the Route2 Education network. When you book a session, we identify the audience most relevant to your objectives and invite suitable contacts based on their role, responsibilities, interests and priorities. Attendees then choose to register for the sessions most relevant to them, helping ensure a highly engaged audience.
Attendees are selected based on the theme of the session, their job role, areas of responsibility, interests and the solutions being presented. Our aim is to ensure every session is as relevant and valuable as possible for both schools and suppliers.
Yes. Attendees are only invited to sessions that align with their role, interests and priorities. We provide information about participating suppliers during recruitment so attendees understand what will be discussed before registering.
We carefully review participating suppliers to ensure their products, services and programmes are relevant to the decision makers and school leaders attending, helping create a valuable experience for everyone involved.
School leaders attend Route2 Education sessions because the topics, solutions and suppliers are relevant to their role and current priorities. In some cases, attendees may receive a participation incentive in recognition of the time they invest in attending the session and providing feedback. This helps encourage attendance and completion of post-session feedback, but the primary reason school leaders participate is to discover relevant solutions and ideas for their school.
Every supplier receives a preparation call where we'll help you refine your messaging, maximise engagement opportunities and prepare for the session.
Yes. We encourage suppliers to make their sessions as engaging and interactive as possible. You're welcome to use slides, videos and product demonstrations where appropriate. We'll discuss the most effective format during your preparation call.
Once your booking is confirmed, we'll arrange your preparation call, confirm your session details and begin audience recruitment.
There is always a short introduction at the start of each session that allows time for attendees to join. If attendees arrive after supplier presentations have begun, we will be unable to admit them to the session to avoid disruption.
School commitments can occasionally affect decision makers' attendance. In the unlikely event attendance falls below our minimum guarantee, we'll work with you to identify an appropriate solution in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Route2 Education will record all sessions for training and monitoring purposes, however you are not permitted to make your own recording of the session.
You'll receive a detailed report within 24 hours of the session. Your report will include attendance figures, feedback, questions, engagement insights and details of any attendees who have requested further information.
You'll receive the details for all attendees who actively opt in to further communication from you in the feedback stage. This includes school details, direct contact information and any specific questions or areas of interest.
The number of opt-in leads varies by session and audience. Rather than measuring success purely by lead volume, we focus on generating meaningful opportunities with school decision makers who have expressed a genuine interest in learning more about your solution.
Yes. Opt-in lead data provided after the session can be used for your follow-up activity in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and our Terms & Conditions.
Results vary depending on your audience, proposition and session format. Route2 Education sessions are designed to increase awareness, generate qualified opportunities, gather valuable market feedback and create meaningful conversations with school decision makers.
