FOR SCHOOLS & TEACHERS
Effective Date: 10th August 2026
Version: 1.0
Welcome. Thank you for taking part in a Route2 Education Reach Session or other teacher engagement activity.
Our aim is to create professional, constructive conversations between education suppliers and the teachers and school leaders they support.
These Participation Terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of everyone taking part.
By registering for or participating in a Route2 Education activity, you agree to these Terms.
Route2 Education connects education suppliers with teachers and school leaders through structured online discussions, research activities and product validation sessions.
Our purpose is to give educators an opportunity to influence the products, services and resources developed for schools while ensuring suppliers receive honest, constructive feedback.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
You are free to decline an invitation or withdraw from a session at any time before it begins.
Once a live session has commenced, we ask participants to remain for the duration wherever reasonably possible.
We ask all participants to:
Route2 reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate or disruptive.
Many sessions involve products, services or ideas that have not yet been launched publicly.
By participating, you agree to keep confidential any information clearly identified as confidential or commercially sensitive.
This includes:
This obligation continues after the session has ended.
Your opinions are one of the most valuable parts of every Reach Session.
We encourage you to:
There are no right or wrong answers.
Suppliers participate because they want honest feedback, not because they expect positive feedback.
Some sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, reporting or supplier review.
Where recording takes place:
By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording unless you notify Route2 before the session begins.
To encourage open discussion, participants are normally asked to:
We appreciate there may occasionally be circumstances where this is not possible.
We will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Depending on the session, suppliers may receive limited participant information where:
Route2 will always be transparent about what information is being shared.
From time to time, Route2 may offer participants a thank-you gift or incentive for taking part.
Any incentive offered:
We ask participants to provide honest opinions regardless of any incentive received.
Route2 is committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to contribute.
We welcome participants from all educational settings and backgrounds and are committed to ensuring our sessions are respectful and accessible.
Any materials provided by suppliers remain their intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Participants must not copy, distribute or reproduce confidential materials without permission.
Ideas and opinions shared by participants may be summarised anonymously within supplier reports.
Occasionally Route2 may need to postpone or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
Where this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as soon as possible and, where appropriate, invite them to a future session.
Route2 will take reasonable care in organising and delivering its sessions.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these Participation Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
If you have any questions before or after participating in a Route2 Education session, please contact us:
Route2 Education provides an independent platform for discussion between education suppliers and education professionals. Participation in a Reach Session does not imply endorsement of any supplier, product or service by Route2 Education or by any participating teacher, school leader or educational institution. Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences and opinions, which remain entirely their own.
